Vendor Number Registration
A vendor number is a unique number that connects government payments to your company bank account. It is issued by the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development. Unlike PRAZ that requires annual renewal subscriptions, Vendor Number is a once off registration.

What We Require to Register your Vendor Number?
1. Certified copies of the Certificate of Incorporation, CR5 and CR6 / formerly CR14
2. Certified copies of IDs for all directors.
3. Stamped company bank statement.
4. Proof of residence of any 2 directors on CR6 (CR14) in the form of water or ZESA bills.
5. Valid tax clearance.
